Booking Session Policies
Session Cancellation
If Tribal Soul Sanctuary needs to cancel an event we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or credit of your ticket purchase.
Unable to Attend
We understand that life is busy, so if you can’t attend the session you purchased a ticket for, please let us know. We will happily give you a credit so that you may attend a future session.
We do not offer a refund on session bookings
COVID 19
If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have tested positive for COVID please stay home and do not attend our event. Our venues don’t always allow us to practice social distancing and we would like to keep our events as safe from COVID as possible.
Let us know you are unwell, and we will arrange for a credit so that you can attend a future event when you are feeling better.
Children
Children over the age of 12 may participate under supervision of a parent or guardian. Our events are not suitable for children under 12 unless specified in the event description.
Health Caution
Sound healing may cause an adverse effect on people with a pacemaker, have epilepsy or who are pregnant. If you have these conditions, we advise that you not attend our sound healing sessions
Online Store Policies
Click and Collect
Simply shop online at tribalsoulsanctuary.com.au and choose “Click and Collect” at the checkout. Collect your order from Tribal Soul Sanctuary either 30 mins prior to a scheduled class or by appointment. Please contact Kim on 0468 489 450 to arrange a collection time.
Collection address is 34 Main North Road, Smithfield, SA 5114.
Carpark In-between OTR & Tyrepower Smithfield.
Shipping
We carefully pack and send all our shipping through Australia Post including a tracking number for your convenience. We endeavor to use environmentally friendly and recycled packing where possible.
We also offer combined postage when purchasing multiple items.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 72 hours.
We only ship to Australia. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns and refunds for faulty or damage items only.
Any damaged or faulty items will require photographic evidence provided to us and may require items to be returned to Tribal Soul Sanctury at the buyers expense to receive a full refund.
We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.
