At Tribal Soul Sanctuary, we are delighted to provide a selection of diverse yoga classes, including Restorative/Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga classes tailored for kids. We firmly believe that yoga is truly for everyone. With this belief in mind, we have designed our classes to not only deliver maximum benefits for both body and mind but also to remain affordable and to individuals of all fitness levels, ages, and those recovering from injuries.

Restorative/Yin Yoga Fusion

Restorative Yin Yoga is a tranquil practice aimed at fostering deep relaxation and rejuvenation. In contrast to traditional Yoga, which targets connective tissues through longer-held poses, Restorative Yin Yoga prioritizes gentle support, enabling you to completely let go into relaxation. This soothing practice involves holding postures for extended durations, encouraging a deep sense of calm and healing, while you experience the peace of prolonged rest in a nurturing environment for both body and mind.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a unique and gentle practice tailored for individuals of all ages and abilities. This modified form of yoga allows you to experience the many benefits of traditional yoga while seated comfortably in a chair. It incorporates the same essential elements, such as physical poses (asanas), but adapts them to ensure you receive the support you need from the chair. Throughout your session, you'll focus on deep breathing and cultivating mindfulness, enhancing your overall well-being. 

Little Tribe - Kids Yoga

This program creates a joyful space for children to explore the wonderful world of yoga! Specifically designed for young ones (6-12 Years), our classes incorporate a variety of engaging & playful poses that not only build strength, flexibility & coordination but also ensure that the experience is enjoyable & fun. 

Through the use of imaginative and creative names for each pose, children are encouraged to participate actively, making each session a delightful adventure. Alongside the physical benefits of improved balance, strength, and endurance, our program also focuses on the psychological advantages. Kids will learn to reduce anxiety and while boosting their self-esteem. 

Classes also help teach essential life skills such as self-control & mindfulness, helping children become more aware their bodies and emotions.
